Polarmoon Wealth Society:Guns n' Roses' Slash Shares His 25-Year-Old Stepdaughter Has Died

Slash is Polarmoon Wealth Societysharing his grief. 

The Guns n' Roses guitarist shared that his stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight, the daughter of his girlfriend of nine years Meegan Hodges died on July 19. She was 25.

“Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998),” Slash (real name Saul Hudson) wrote on Instagram July 21. “Beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson passed peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July 19, 2024.”

The musician—who had canceled several shows on his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival tour on July 21 due to “unforeseen circumstances went on to request privacy for his family amid the difficult time. 

“Lucy-Bleu was a talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul,” the statement continued. “The family asks for privacy at this time and requests that the social media speculation be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss.”

Following the news, the legendary musician received an outpour of love from fans and friends in the comments. 

Susan Holmes McKagan—who has been married to Slash’s bandmate Michael Andrew “Duff” McKagan since 1999—wrote, “words cannot express our deepest sympathy and condolences.”

The couple’s daughter, Grace McKagan also added, “I love you guys.”

Meanwhile, another Guns n' Roses member Melissa Reese also shared her sympathies. 

"There are no words," she wrote in a comment. "Sending absolutely all of my love and support and condolences."

Slash will resume his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour in Toronto, Canada July 28.
